Earn points in-store with your Lynked Loyalty app. Simply present your in-app barcode at checkout, and a staff member will scan it to add points to your account for every purchase.

After changing to a new pod, it is important to prime the new coil to prevent burning the wicking material inside it. Fill the pod with e-liquid and leave it to soak for 5-10 minutes before use.
We use Royal Mail for Mainland UK orders placed with us using their Tracked 24 next day delivery aim service. Royal Mail collect all orders from us themselves every weekday evening (they don't collect from us on Weekends and Bank Holidays)
Orders to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland & parts of Scotland will be despatched with Royal Mail on the same Tracked 24 service but it may take an extra day to reach you.
We offer same day processing and despatch for orders received before 4pm Monday - Friday. Orders received after 4pm on a Friday and Weekend orders will not be despatched until the following Monday.
Tracking details will be sent as soon as the order has been processed through our despatch system. If the order was received after the cut off time then the order will be placed in a despatch area until the next collection day. Tracking will update once it's been through some checkpoints.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products dependant on their condition, and based on your handling of them.
