Shipping / Postage Information:
We use DPD Local for all UK mainland deliveries (Orders in Scotland may be with Royal Mail). DPD collect all orders from us themselves every weekday evening (they don't collect from us on Weekends and Bank Holidays)
Orders to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland & parts of Scotland will be despatched with Royal Mail.
We offer same day processing and despatch for orders received before 4pm Monday - Friday. Orders received after 4pm on a Friday and Weekend orders will not be despatched until the following Monday.
Tracking details will be sent as soon as the order has been processed through our despatch system. If the order was received after the cut off time then the order will be placed in a despatch area until the next collection day. Tracking will update once it's been through some checkpoints.

For orders upto £29.99 this costs £3.99 - with a next working day delivery aim (Mon-Fri).
We offer free delivery for orders over £30.
These are delivery aims and are not guaranteed - unfortunately can be a day or so above the delivery aim and will be subject to local DPD workloads.
Royal Mail (Standard 3-5 Days):
For orders upto £29.99 this costs £3.99.
We offer free delivery for orders over £30.

Returns Policy Summary:
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days from receipt of goods.
You must notify of us of your intention to cancel, by contacting our Customer Service team.
The right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to products which are:

Perishable or otherwise liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
You must safely return all goods at your own expense (unless the products are defective),
unopened and unused in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Electronic cigarettes, clearomizers, atomizers (also known as coils or heads), pods and tanks are oral based products,
once used they cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless defective.
E-liquid is classed as a perishable product and cannot be returned unless defective.
We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products dependant on their condition, and based on your handling of them.
