These are 2ml capacity pods and have the coil inside, and are a perfect replacement for the version included with the kit.

From the 1.2 Ohm being the tighter draw more like a cigarette, down to the 0.4 being a loose/airy draw with bigger clouds. 0.6 Ohm and 0.8 Ohm are the most popular for nic salt users.
After changing your coil, it is important to prime the new coil to prevent burning the wicking material inside it. Fully fill the tank with e-liquid and leave the new coil to soak for 5-10 minutes before use.
